 Psionic: Combat Precognition

This power was first discovered by the researchers of P.I.K.E. after investigating the test scores of several students who were believed to have found a way to alter their test scores inside the school's various combat simulation training environments. After top T.A.F. electronic security specialists found no evidence of the files being tampered with, P.I.K.E. administration re-administered  the tests several times while keeping the students in question under very close scrutiny. What was discovered is that the students who had been accused of cheating on their combat exams had simply been manifesting a psionic potential and ability that P.I.K.E. had previously been unaware of.


RULES:

The Psion receives the Penalty for Multple Actions in a Combat Round as normal, but is allowed to ignore the penalty when taking physical actions while this power is sustained. Physical Actions include the likes of Running and Jumping Skill Checks, Energy Weapons, Dodge, and other such Physical activities that the Game Master may deem fit to allow. For Example the Game Master may allow a Psion with this power active to ignore some Multi-Action Penalties while piloting through combat or hazards and using a vehicle's weapon systems, but likely would not allow this power to ignore hazards of performing surgery while multi-tasking, or performing computer research at a terminal while partaking in a violent shoot out or brawl.

10 to ignore 2D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +1 to Perception
15 to ignore 3D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +2 to Perception
20 to ignore 4D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +1D to Perception
25 to ignore 5D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +1D+1 to Perception
30 to ignore 6D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +1D+2 to Perception
35 to ignore 7D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +2D to Perception
40 to ignore 8D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +2D+1 to Perception
45 to ignore 9D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +2D+2 to Perception
50 to Ignore 10D of Multi-Action Penalties in regards to Physical Actions and +3D to Perception


NOTE: This Power exists to allow Psionics who choose to invest in it and are willing to sustain the power every round to multi-task more effectively in Physical or Mechanical Combat, as well as heightening their Perception in regards to Initiative, Search, Stealth and other such combat related skills. This Power does not allow Psions to ignore multi-action penalties in regards to their Psionic Ablities and powers nor to none physical skills such as Scholar Skill Checks or cut into the time it takes to do repairs with Technical Skills.

For Example:

Combat Precognition will allow your Psion to shoot Energy Weapons and Dodge more often without such a severe penalty

Combat Precognition will Not allow you to throw around multiple Psionic Ablities while ignoring multiple action penalties

Combat Precognition will allow to to add to your psion's initiative

Combat Precognition will Not enhance your Psion's Bargain,Con, Persuasion and other Social Skills
